I am available Tuesday thru Friday and occasionally on Saturday between the times shown above. It is best to schedule an appointment ahead of time, especially if it is more than just a massage.  When I am in session, there will be a sign on the door that I am in session.  Please do not knock.  You are welcome to wait in the conference room.  It is to the left off the elevator in the corner. I will come get you when my client has left.  You would not want someone interrupting the time you are paying for, so please extend them the same courtesy.

Please be advised, if you have never been to my office, or received a particular esthetic service, an intake form will be required prior to the service requested.  The purpose of the intake form is to let me know of any possible contraindications or specific needs you may have as a client.  These forms are for your protection and mine.  If you would like to fill out the form ahead of time, you can print the form from my client form page or come by to pick up a form before your appointment.  If you will need to fill out the form in my office the day of your appointment, please arrive 15-20 mins early to allow time to fill out the form.  If you do not allow time to fill out the form, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.

Gift Certificate Policy

Gift certificates are accepted for services or dollar amounts specified on your gift certificate.  You will need to give the gift certificate number when you schedule your service so that I know what services are covered by that gift certificate. You can present the certificate for payment after your service.  If you do not bring the certificate with you, you will be responsible for paying for services at the current rate by cash, credit/debit card at checkout.  If you need to cancel your appointment, you must cancel 24 hours ahead of time or your gift certificate will be null and void for use at any other time as it will be used for payment of the missed appointment.  See cancellation policy below.

Cancellation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies will be honored: 

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give me 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.  If your appointment was scheduled to be paid with a gift certificate, that gift certificate will be used for payment of your missed appointment and considered null and void for any future service.

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment, for whatever reason, will be considered a “no-show.”  If you "no-show" using a gift certificate, your gift certificate will be null and void for use at any other time and will be used for payment of your missed appointment.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to me and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.
